We deliver this by becoming our customers’ one stop service provider for sourcing and logistics. We can either support your own staff in providing these functions in-house, or we can manage all or some of your supply chain functions by ourselves on your behalf, as your outsourced supply chain management department, searching for new suppliers, negotiating prices, terms and contracts (with current suppliers as well), supervising component development and contract fulfillment, managing ongoing communications, calling off individual shipments, managing the logistics of each shipment, auditing and qualifying suppliers, and managing supplier quality and handling quality issues.
